We had the most wonderful 2 week stay at Toni's Villa, Tuscan Hills, Davenport for our recent holiday to Orlando!
A lovely, quiet neighbourhood, only a 20 minute drive from Walt Disney World, with lots of supermarkets and popular restaurants a short drive away. The clubhouse has a tennis court, beach volleyball court, and a gym which was only a short walk from the villa. The driveway can comfortably fit 2 cars, and there was never much traffic in the Tuscan Hills community.
The villa was well equipped with everything you would need for a holiday, 3 spacious bedrooms and air conditioning - which we were very grateful for in the Florida heat!
Although we didn't use it, the children's room was beautifully decorated for any Monsters Inc fans, so I am sure it would make any child's stay a lot more magical!
The 2 bathrooms were clean and well maintained, and the pool was a lovely size with 4 loungers for sunbathing.
We would definitely recommend this villa. Sam has been brilliant and communicative throughout the whole process, and we would love to stay again in the future!

  • We've just got back from staying at Toni's Villa. It really is a home from home. Everything you could possibly need is there and been thought of from hair straighteners, to water proof phone pouches,
    games and tupperware! All rooms are beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. It is located in a quiet area but close enough to shops/restaurants and only about 20mins from Disney. The Communication from Sam has been superb.
    We would highly recommend and wouldn't think twice about booking again if we were to make the trip again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful villa with us.

  • We had the MOST amazing three weeks here!
    We came home on Saturday (gutted is a understatement) the villa was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed! So clean upon arrival, the pool was lovely, kids absolutely loved it here and we are so upset to be home! A proper home from home! Thank you so much for given us a amazing holiday!   • Amazing villa. Spotless and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The pool is well heated and well maintained. Beds are comfy - the master bedroom bed is massive! šŸ¤£
    A quiet, gated community that felt very safe. Neighbours were friendly.
    We had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

  • Just back from a 3 week stay at tonis villa and loved everything about this stay. The photos on fb donā€™t do this villa justice the rooms are massive lol. From the booking process throughout sam has been great and always got back to us quickly. The pool is a great addition we couldnā€™t get my son out it. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars near by which was great. The villa has a pool table, board games and a Nintendo switch for your use and a great selection of channels on the tv. The wifi worked great also. We were lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the pool area of the villa which was fantastic. Defo recommend this villa for your stay in florida. It is roughly 20-25 mins to disney depending which park you are visiting that day and roughly 40 mins to universal depending on the traffic which was ideal for us.

  • Just returned from an incredible 3 week stay at Toniā€™s Villa - it was so fantastic that we booked again for next year before we had even left! Sam was brilliant from the moment we booked, all communication was answered quickly and nothing was too much trouble. The villa itself was perfect - clean, a beautiful pool area, so well equipped and in a perfect location on a gated communication. We loved having lazy days or relaxing after busy days in the parks!   • Just arrived home after a lovely 16 night stay at this beautiful villa. As soon as We entered you could smell the cleanliness the home is immaculate. Little extras for the kids with a games room, board games and a Nintendo switch. Tuscan hills is an amazing resort and we all felt very safe and secure. Sam was amazing from start to finish with our booking. Was in contact loads and was on hand for any queries we had. Her management company were also excellent. 100% recommend this villa ā¤ļø

  • Just home after 3 weeks at Toniā€™s Villa and canā€™t recommend enough. Right from our first engagement with Sam, booking, lead up to our holiday, during and after, the communication has been amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble.
    The villa is in a gated community close to Disney and all local supermarkets and restaurants. We have stopped at a few places in Orlando and this is by far the best for location, space and who can fault a pool right outside your door.
    Villa is spacious, TVs in all rooms, washer, dryer, pool table, Nintendo switch and well stocked kitchen. Canā€™t wait to return, thanks Sam and family

  • Well 2 weeks have passed since we left the villa and still have the holiday blues. From the very first message enquiring to the last I have nothing but praise and thanks to give to the owners. The villa was more than we expected with my husband commenting as soon as we walked in to how much more spacious it felt compared to the photos and the girls "screaming" as they went in to the twin room. The home from home feel of the villa made me feel comfortable, safe and relaxed. I mean who wouldn't when you can wake up and sit with a coffee at your own personal pool - which may i add has been the best pool with a villa size and depth wise we have ever experienced. We would definitely consider returning just wish you could add 2 extra rooms so we can bring extended family. Thank you ever so much xx

Gated community was lovely and quiet and felt secure. Great location! Sam was brilliant to deal with - answered any questions we had and was only a call/text away.

  • Just returned from a super relaxing week at Toniā€™s Villa. This was a last minute trip for me, booking just 3 days before I flew out. Booking with Sam was stress free and easy, and the villa was lovely and clean when I arrived. The gated community of Tuscan Hills is nice and quiet, but still close to all the attractions with main roads easily accessible.
    The main aim of my trip was to meet up with friends who live in Florida, and also to relax and enjoy some sunshine. The south east facing pool was perfect for that as I had the sun all day long around the pool. I would definitely recommend this villa and look forward to staying there again.

  • Had a fabulous time staying in Toniā€™s villa. Everything was perfect. Tuscan hills gated community gives that bit extra security. Had some great chill days by the pool and kids loved a game of pool. Close to local shops and not to far away from the parks too. Just right. Villa was lovely and clean and fitted all our needs. Perfect for the 6 of us. And for the owners. Couldnā€™t be more helpful. Always in touch if there was anything we needed to know i.e bad weather. To sum it up in one word. Terrific. Oh and yes. We will be back.

  • I recently spent three weeks at this wonderful villa, and it exceeded all my expectations. The villa was impeccably clean and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The villa was incredibly relaxing after a long day at the parks, with large rooms and a lovely pool. Having mobility issues, I found having everything on one level and no stairs perfect for me. Tuscan Hills was a very safe, quiet area and I would definitely recommend Toni's Villa to anyone looking for a villa for their Orlando holiday.

  • We stayed here for 3 weeks and it was brilliant. The villa is so relaxing. Having the security gates at the entrance was an added bonus, feeling very safe. The community of Tuscan Hills needs to be seen, it's beautiful. The rooms are massive. Sam has thought of everything you will need and more. The pool is AMAZING, it gets sunshine ALL day. Sam was also very helpful and kind and I can't thank her enough. This is a villa you will return to again & again.

  • Just got back from 2 weeks in Florida, and regrettably only spending the last week in this lovely villa. Samantha was so efficient from the go with communication putting us at ease as first time villa users.
    As soon as we walked in it felt like a holiday, villa was exceptionally clean and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is perfectly located to all amenities. I would 100% stay here again.

  • Recently stayed at Toniā€™s Villa for 14 nights. From the very first moment of enquiring, everything has been perfect!
    The Villa is in a lovely gated community, which was quiet, clean and safe. The villa itself is spacious and clean, and equipped with everything you could need. The pool area is lovely, in the sun for majority of the day and maintained well - I miss bobbing around in the pool so much!!
    We had one very minimal issue and it was sorted immediately with no stress. Communication with Sam from start to finish was brilliant, couldnā€™t have asked for more.
    We had the best time at Toniā€™s Villa and would highly recommend to anyone and hope to return ourselves one day!

  • Recently returned from a 14 night stay at Toniā€™s Villa and would 100% recommend this place for your next Florida holiday!
    This is a lovely maintained villa with an excellent pool area and everything else you need for your stay! We were blown away by how clean the villa was when we arrived!
    The Villa is located within a really nice and secure gated community, with supermarkets, good restaurants, fast food and Starbucks all nearby!
    Excellent WiFi, TVā€™s and a Pool Table means you wonā€™t be bored during your time-out from the Disney Theme Parks, which are only a 20 minute drive away!
    Sam is a breeze to deal with and replies to emails and messages almost instantly!! Canā€™t wait to go back!!

  • We stayed at Toniā€™s Villa during February this year. The Villa was very spacious for us with the kids having a bedroom each, when we could drag them out of the swimming pool or garage where they enjoyed the pool table. The master bedroom has a very large bed, to the point where our king size at home now feels like a single! The Villa was clean and the owners were very helpful both before and during our stay. Itā€™s on a great little estate with everything you need within a 5 minute drive.

  • Back from a recent holiday to Florida and would thoroughly recommend a stay at Tonis Villa. Close to the parks which enables you to avoid a fair chunk of the busy roads to the theme parks but far enough away to relax in the peace and quiet. Close enough that you can hear the fireworks in the distant in the evenings! Major supermarkets are 5 mins away with a few restaurants also nearby. Villa itself is very comfortable with a large living area, spacious bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. The pool table in the garage was a particular hit with my now grown up children finding out how I misspent my youth! The well equipped deck area was a hit with the sun worshippers in our family and the pool itself was lovely, warm and was quite the novelty swimming at 7am outdoors in November! If/when we come back to Florida we will definitley look to book Tonis villa again.

  • We have just returned from a fabulous two week stay at Toniā€™s Villa. The home is spacious, spotlessly clean and has everything you need to make your stay really enjoyable. The pool area is perfect for relaxation and the pool heat was welcome in October for a morning swim before the heat of the day really kicked in.
    The location of the villa is great, just a short drive from the Disney parks (approx. 25 mins) with countless restaurants nearby in Davenport, and within easy reach of supermarkets. One of the most important factors for us when arranging accommodation is communication, and Sam was brilliant from the initial booking all the way through to the end of our trip, answering any queries along the way. I have no hesitation in recommending Toniā€™s Villa as a great place to stay, and when we get the chance to come back for another visit to Florida, we will be back in touch to stay here again.   • We had a great 16 night stay at Toniā€™s Villa. The layout is open, one level and spacious so really suited our family. Our kids especially loved the Monster Inc themed bedroom and of course the warm swimming pool.
    We referred to Toniā€™s Villa as ā€˜homeā€™ throughout our stay. We looked forward to a swim and relax after days in the park. Tuscan Hillā€™s is a lovely, quiet, gated community and is in a good location being very close to Disney and lots of restaurants.
    I have booked a few different villas over the years and Sam has been the most responsive and helpful owner, from initial enquiry through to swiftly returning our deposit once we got home. Happy to recommend Toniā€™s villa and would love to revisit.

  • Stayed at Toni's Villa in January just past with my 2 young daughters and we just loved it. The villa is decorated to a high standard and attention to detail is second to none. It was extremely clean and very well equipped. The girls loved the pool as well as the games room. The villa is situated in a good location, close to the Disney and Universal Parks. I felt really safe too considering I was half way round the world with only my 2 young daughters.

  • Stayed for a week an what can I say had a fab holiday in this villa spotlessly clean just like your own home had all the gadgets you need to cook wash & dry clothes pool was heated but on this occasion we never had time to use but it looked lovely great area to stay the villa is in a gated community so feel very safe would definitely stay here again.

  • We had an incredible two week stay at Tonyā€™s villa in September. Sam was brilliant and kept us informed right through from when we first booked two years previous to when we got there, checking we had arrived safe and also when we got home. The Villa was very clean and looked great after its recent refurbishments! We only used one of the bedrooms, which was really spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The living space is huge and the outside area is lovely too. We had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect too and was close to loads of nice places to eat out, as well as the parks. Itā€™s located in a quiet gated community and felt really safe.
    We wouldnā€™t hesitate to recommend the villa and Sam, and hope to be back again one day!

  • Since our first booking enquiry Sam has been such a great host with excellent communication to guests. Unfortunately our holiday was delayed due to Hurricane Ian, but Sam couldnā€™t do enough and was very reassuring during an uncertain time.
    The villa was lovely and all that we had hoped for. It was presented very well for our arrival. The rooms are all very spacious and well decorated, clean and comfortable. All the amenities you would want are supplied even down to pool towels. The lounge and dining room weā€™re great spaces, it even had the most comfortable sofa Iā€™ve ever found in a rental home. The outside area is very nice, with a lanai and nice outside table and chairs together with relaxing sun loungers. Lovely to spend October mornings/evenings outside (The pool area and pool has the added bonus of lighting). Pool was just the right size.
    The villa is located on a quiet gated community off the 27 and is easily accessible to supermarkets, restaurants and, of course, all the local theme parks.
    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and didnā€™t want to go home.

  • Weā€™ve recently returned from this lovely villa, Sam the owner was so helpful from my initial enquiry and made the process very easy!
    The villa was perfect for our family holiday, my boys loved the pool and we enjoyed a good few evenings having family games of pool in the games room.
    The gated community was very quiet and we hardly saw anybody whilst staying there.

  • We have not long returned from a 3 week stay at Toni's Villa and could easily have stayed for good!
    We had waited almost 2 years for this holiday due to Covid and it was certainly worth the wait. The villa is like a home from home & was everything we could have wished for. Location wise it is excellent and within a secure gated community with easy access to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and the all important disney/universal parks.
    The villa was well stocked with all the household utensils you will need along with numerous towels etc.
    Great sized pool which gets the sun for the majority of the day and plenty of loungers to chill out on. And for those who like to relax & unwind, there is perhaps the most spacious and comfortable sofa I have ever sat on.
    Samantha was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the villa is a credit to her and her family.
    We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone and we will most definitely be looking to book our next visit as soon as possible.

  • Stayed here in Feb 2022 for 18 days. Obviously, we were very hesitant it being our 1st trip to the US post Covid19 not knowing what to expect but we neednā€™t have worried. Everyone had a great time.
    Tuscan Hills is a lovely quiet gated community with easy access to all the theme parks, shops and restaurants. The villa is clean, comfy and spacious but much more importantly Sam is a thoughtful and helpful owner which makes a huge difference. We were the first UK holiday guests to have used the villa for a long time due to Covid19 travel restrictions, and Sam was highly responsive and happy to quickly sort out initial minor hiccups. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

  • My husband (The guy who left the video review)& his colleague recently rented Toniā€™s Villa while on a work trip to Orlando/Davenport. Although he has stayed in other vacation homes on previous trips to Florida, this one has left a wonderful impression on him.
    He said that from the moment they walked into the house, they knew they would enjoy their time there. Everything was of the highest quality & the area was perfect. Itā€™s in a lovely gated community & within easy access of all the main motorways.
    The house itself had 3 wonderful bedrooms, each had a tv, lots of storage space & were very generous in size. All the linen, towels & accessories needed were also plentiful. The house was immaculately clean & there was clearly no scrimping when it can to the furnishings. He actually said the sofa was the most comfortable one heā€™s ever sat on!
    The internet speed was exceptional (above 350 mbps) & there was so many television channels available, meaning he could watch the football as well. There was even a games room with a pool table in the house & tennis rackets which you could use to play on the community tennis courts.
    The outside area had a lovely pool, lounging area & space for outside dining as well. As is the norm with these type of propertyā€™s, thereā€™s also a safety net/gate to stop young kids being able access the pool, meaning parents can rest a bit easier.
    All in all thereā€™s so many positive things he said about the property, that Iā€™m probably forgetting something!
    The booking process was really straight forward & Sam (owner) was so friendly & happy to answer any questions. If youā€™re thinking of renting a home in Orlando/Davenport, then Toniā€™s Villa should be your first choice.

  • Stayed here for two weeks in July and was not disappointed. Lovely quiet gated community with easy access to all the theme parks, shops and restaurants. Clean, comfy and spacious villa with nice touches to make the holiday run smoothly. Added bonus of a lovely pool and sun loungers plus pool table in the garage. Would not hesitate to return.

  • We stayed in this villa in June 2019 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a very comfortable villa, nice big sofa and all the beds were great. We are previous villa owners ourselves and we appreciated how well equipped and stocked this villa was. Many villas are poorly supplied with things such as towels, sheets and even cutlery, plates and glasses - but not here - everything you need is available. The community is very nice and very quiet. Highly recommended!

  • Amazing villa photos don't do it justice. Great location and sunshine all day till about 5.30 in the pool area. We have visited Florida many times but this is one of the best Villas we have had. Sam is a thoughtful and honest owner. We would definitely stay again.

  • So our time at Toniā€™s villa is coming to an end as we leave tomorrow to start the 2nd part of our vacation. We have enjoyed staying here, it instantly felt like home, cosy and quaint on a lovely gated community. Close to all the attractions, Disney, seaworld and universal and around the corner from the local supermarket Publix where they sell British treats (baked beans) amongst other home foods. And Apple bees my favourite restaurant and the reason I return to America time and time again. But I would definitely stay at Toniā€™s villa again over a hotel. The freedom to cook and relax is great! donā€™t hesitate to book your Disney holiday with Sam you wonā€™t regret it, the villa is SPOTLESS and STUNNING a real family home

  • Gorgeous villa in an ideal location for everything you need such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Bigger bonus is the villa is only 15-20 minutes away from Disney World. Gated community too for that added peace of mind!

  • I'm yet to visit this villa and to be truly honest, i really canā€™t wait! Iv been frantically searching for somewhere to stay last minute due to being let down by another villa owner, then Sam contacted me after i put a search on a villa owner/renter fb site.
    Well i must say the service is fantastic, friendly, professional & so helpful! And as for the price, you canā€™t go wrong!
    I'm sure the villa will live up to our expectations and if its anything like the service i have received so far then its going to make my holiday ļæ½ļæ½ thank you so much!!
