Tuscan Hills is along the US27 in Davenport, around 15-30 minutes from the major tourist attractions in Orlando, such as the Disney parks, SeaWorld and Universal Studios. A short drive from the US27 is the junction to the US192, a popular destination for those wanting to have time together away from the parks, or to splash some of their holiday cash in the many shops, bars and restaurants that line the street.

It is only a very short drive away from Berry Town Center and is located on the US27 off Sandmine Road in Davenport, it is the local shopping centre for day to day shopping. At its heart is a large Publix supermarket.  There are also several eateries on this side of the road. There is Bamboo Wok Chinese and Mia Pizza take-aways and also a British Fish and Chip Bar, Sundays Grill, where you can take food away or eat in. They often have live music and karaoke and show a lot of the British football matches and some rugby and cricket too. Also on this side of Sand Mine Road is a  Truist Bank and a gas station.

Crossing over Berry Boulevard there are another selection of restaurants and bars. The largest of these is probably Applebees, which is an American Sports themed Bar and Grill. This place has a great atmosphere and the food is a good standard and as usual in America, plenty of it!

Walt Disney World is only 8.1 miles away, Margaritaville is located just a short drive away which has bars, restaurants, water park and even a spa! Golf courses nearby are Champions Gate and Southern Dunes.
